If you take your blinkers of you will then realise this team is not going to gain promotion we are at best an average conference team that is now struggling with form as we showed Once again on saturday against the weakest team in the league on paper, even if a miracle happened and we sneaked in to the playoffs it certainly wouldn't be deserved on Saturdays showing alone as Hurst said " darlington wanted it more than us" which must of felt like a kick in the teeth to the fans who travelled up the in false hope.
The team as marginally improved on last season but the league table doesn't lie and on current form we will be lucky to stay in the top ten which would be a total failure again for this club, I wrote this season off weeks ago and I am now thinking about looking forward to next season with optimism but we need to be seriously challenging for promotion.

I assume that if we were to get in the playoffs you wouldn't attend then on principal that we 'are an average team at best'...if we get in there it will be because we have more points than others and have won more games...you have to believe whilst it's still achievable. Just look at the over hyped league...the worst man utd side in years is probably gonna win the league...anything can happen in football and in BSP anything really can happen.

C'mon chaps if we had a better start to the season we would be in the playoffs obviously the time taken for the players to gel probably was a big factor.  Next season though we'll already have the majority of players already gelling so you never know.

forget it it aint goining to happen il run naked from riby square to hainton square if it does, the team just does'nt have the want or belief at the minute constant tinkerings with experimental team formations hasn't helped but as has been already mentioned there is a good nucleus there and with three or four additions with a settled team playing in formations they understand we could finally have something to cheer about.

Why can't we have a like option like the telegraph, surely Biccy's can do this in his spare time at work
