Really though, it has to be Rob Scott. . . . He's a stroppy twit (we know this already) but to be such a muppet when he is talking to John Tondeur (and all of the fans listening to the radio) is grossly unprofessional.

It's shameful when Wenger and Ferguson et al give abrupt answers and rather paranoically think they are getting picked on by the BBC, Sky, The Sun etc. . . .  .  Scott is talking to a lifelong fan of the mariners on a station which is largely sympathetic to our cause and acts the way he did.  Don't be a Prima-Donna Scott becasue when you do, your true-non-league-colours come out!!!

It always amazes me you're so keen to point out other people's faults (often with insulting bad language) but cannot show any leadership yourself.

In all seriousness don't you think some fans are just gonna laugh at you when you're objecting to other people's behaviour but then appear argumentative, confrontational or intolerant yourself ?

I won't disagree he was at fault in a public role and guess lessons will be learnt, but also think you need to take other factors into account.

For example, how many passionate Town fans who genuinely care deeply about the club might understandly feel the same feelings of frustration, disappointment right after the match ?

If so I'm suprised you don't understand or can't appreciate how people who badly want to win might occasionally let their emotions get the better of them !

Whether you class Rob Scott as a "fan" is neither here nor there IMO - I guess he wants to win as badly as anyone.

But there's a big difference between giving an honest and passionate opinion that occasionally might go a bit OTT right after a disppointing result and just looking for an excuse to slag eveyone off all the time - which boat are you in RBOH ?
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I'm starting to wonder if you're just a sh1tstirrer for the love of it, I really am.

What also arguably doesn't help is fans over-reacting back and pointing finger back every time they criticize or occassionally go too a bit too far and let their emotions get the better of them straight after every disppointing result.

I have a job and I wouldnt use the language that i use at a football match or on here in the course of my work. . . its called being a professional.  I use the fishy to find out about gtfc, to express my own view, to bait bigots and to carry out a vendetta against john fenty. . . I don't expect anyone to take me serioudly most of the time!

I nominate the fans who booed at the final whistle on Saturday and/or those who are overly negative about what is our best season in terms of points gained in six.

I also question why people are so keen to criticise Rob Scott. Everyone knows he is an abrasive character. Alan Buckley was aswell and he didn't do that badly for us, did he?
