What dont you understand Paul and Rob had five weeks on their contract to run and no meaningfull offer on the table.
they like everyone are entitled to go for an interview. Oh and just tell me what mangers dont go for an interview with out telling their bosses when they are looking to possibley better themselves.
The crooks of the case was were the managers induced to leave because of terms on offer. Well this was one for the judge by all acounts and he found favour in Boston.
Get over it, its no revelation that Rob and Paul were interviewed. This it normal practice in football and business generally. Grimsby never had a contract with Boston to prevent this.
This is a game of opinions and the judge resides. So are you saying Fenty should just roll over and pick up claims of 25k without as fight.
Made me smile that....I think you meant crux, but then again you do get lots of crooks in court too! |

You say that everyone has a right to an opinion and then dismiss my right to express one. you complain that people call you names yet you do the same. I say many things on here which arent related to jf (but dont let the facts get in the way of a good story eh?) my view (and you have every right to disagree with me) are not solely the views of a ranting madman but also those expressed by a courT of law! And as for fair. . . i learnt at an early age. . . life aint. . . get over it you muppet! |

Where exactly did I dismiss your right to an opinion. Your views are unhealthy biased to one side, there is no balance to your arguments and that's one of the reasons why trolls always have fun on JF treads. Don't you find it funny that certain posters only post on JF threads, they all can't be JF. Sometimes I agree with what you are saying and others I don't. I usually have a bit more decorum when expressing what I think of a poster when I reply to their posts Hope my post didn't offend you princess. |

I don't see why the big fuss about this - Town lost this particular case so they just have to take the decision on the chin and move on.
It was worth challenging I guess but sometimes judgements go against you and sometimes they go in your favour such as when we didn't have to pay Newell all he was claiming
Imho it's all swings and roundabouts so let's just close this chapter and concentrate on on-the-field matters as there's still lots to play for!
