I think both us and Mansfield will make it at the expense of York.

more i think about it, thats looking more and more likely.

I was there, the day Bradley Wood scored a 35 yarder!

From the black and white striped shirts
To the fish in the sea
You'll hear us singing
Coz we are Grimsby.

You won't hear us crying
But you'll hear us shout
Coz we are the Grimsby
And this is our chant.......... Grimsby! Grimsby! Grimsby!

unfortunately it looks like we've got the toughest run in, although york and luton's are both fairly difficult. the fact that these latter 2 are still involved in the trophy may be a bonus to us

forest green have a part to play in this as well - didn't realise what a good run they've been on - in 2012 they've only lost to us, fleetwood and mansfield and they've still got to play luton, wrexham, gateshead and york

I think the current top three are nailed on. Then I'd say it's between Mansfoeld, York and us for the two remaining play off spots. If we beat York it's game on. If they beat us, then I think we are highly unlikely to catch them. Talk about a six pointer.

they've playing twice every week , they've got 5 of their 11 league games against promotion chasers, they've got 2 players on red card bans and they've also got to go to alfreton, forest green and braintree , all of whom are half decent, in good form and strong at home

They are ambling towards mid table nothing to play for territory though. I think until quite recently they were hopeful of a playoff charge.

we could also do with a tight relegation battle to happen, when that occurs you start getting some weird and wonderful results  - newport, alfreton and hayes all have 5 of their remaining fixtures against promotion chasers

Not sure why Southport keep getting ignored. We're midway through March and they're in a strong position with probably the easiest fixtures left out of all the playoff hopefuls., shouldn't we be taking them a little more seriously as a threat?
