Think Hearn is looking tired, maybe controversial but maybe a time to give him a olace on the bench for a game or two.

Could be frustation , he's known now as a leathal striker, and is being treat as such by the opposition . Being man marked for 90 mins now , when you have had a free run for 30 odd games !  Last season when he was in the Northern Premier, the defenders  weren't as good , a division higher and it gets harder .

Erm didn't he score again today? Having a great season, got a tight achillies and subbed. Think there is being far too much read into things. BTW was the goal on Tuesday actually credited to him or an OG?

Batch, Crombie, Moore K, Wiggington, Cumming, Waters, Bonnyman, Ford, Emson, Drinkell, Whymark. Love you all, You are the reason I'm on here. You've had help from Todd, Handyside, Futcher P, Groves, Mendonca, Macca etc etc etc. Up The Mariners!!!!!!!!!

Would never dream of knocking our star striker but he needs protecting as well, slight knocks can lead to bigger problems and with 8 games this month it is a big ask of any player to play in them all. We have options on the bench and should explore them sometimes.

Hearn is a target man now - a target for kicks, pulls, and tight marking - and he still scores !

No one is safe from being subbed, especially if kicked and caught on the heels!

He was in the Conference North. I agree though, it's probably more that people have taken notice now but he's still scoring and we certainly shouldn't be dropping our top scorer against one of the divisions other top scoring teams!!!

Real shame for Elding today. His work rate deserves more goals. I had to laugh at him missing his customary one sitter though - nice to see him still getting in positions to score though. Would be nice to see him a Duffy get 15 goals each as well come the end of the season.

Playing with an ongoing achilles problem but should be fit for tomorrow's game.

IF I had to give him a rest I'd start him Tuesday and IF we are 'cruising' bring him off or start him on the bench next Saturday. He should be fine though, he's a big boy now I'm sure he can play 2 games a week

K H-M - Why have him if he's not going to be playing as Hearn's replacement if Hearn is not fully fit - don't risk knackering Hearn now - we need him to be fit !

we also need Hearn in arguebly our most important game of the season, win this and we are level on points with York, lose and we are suddenly 6 points behind them and prehaps more from the play-offs.

I would certainly play Hearn tomorrow night assuming he is fit, but for the two games after that I would look at resting him and giving Hughes-Mason a start or two.

Playing KHW will work in our favour against lessser teams. The defence will have spent so much time studying how to neutralise Liam, it will completely mess with their heads if he's not playing.

To be fair Fergie and Mancini do that all the time with the like if Rooney Silva and Aguero. I definitely agree that KHM deserves a start, feel quite sorry for the lad!
