Not in professional football but in local leagues apparently.

What we calling local level? It already exists in youth football so I guess it's not much of a surprise.

Could the first sub be for Sepp Blatter!!!!!

Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play.
It is bound up with hatred,jealousy,boastfullness,
disregard of all rules and a sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence;
In other words it is war without the shooting.

can see it been a nuisance for the managers, can imagine the players who were drunk up from the night before whinging "take me off for 10 mins am knackered"

Local footballs gone down the pan if you ask me, the standards woeful compared to 15-20 years ago. Iv'e watched a few games in the so called higher divisions and how some of those players are playing at that standard is beyond belief, yet they would struggle to get a game in division 10 a few years back.

I'd agree with Jimbo to a certain extent. I watched a div one game a week or so ago and some of the players on show wouldnt have got a game in a Div 8 side, not only in the past, but now!

I appreciate that changes in working patterns mean more and more players are likely to have to work on a semi regular basis but primarily the attitude that is evident in society is reflected in sunday league football namely, can't be arsed & can't be told. This doesnt apply to all players but far more than yesteryear.

Having had this rant i think rolling subs may help the managers and mean more play a part in each game so I'd be in favour
