As the Trust were not the only major shareholder outside the boadroom, Mike Parker being the other, I wonder if the Trust were the only ones asked/offered to give shares to John Fenty.

Fenty hasn't asked for mine yet but then I didn't fancy making the tea at board meetings anyway

Thanks to the actions of the Trust, Mr Fenty has committed to underwriting the potential losses at the club until end of the 2012-13 season. Thats an eternity in footballing terms.

And again, you're obviously the only one capable of planning ahead or even giving the future any thought.

I wonder how much the gobshites who slag Fenty would match his financial input given the same circumstances , I know for one I wouldn't.

80's, how do you know I haven't given it a thought?

Do you know me?

One thing I do know..all the personal attacks and negativity just for the sake of it, isn't going to help.

Depends on whether you believe Fenty. Bennett's fee was just a pipe dream in December when £150,000 was put in. In January? Who knows. The club/Fenty's official line is that Bennett's deal was only done on deadline day and could easily have not happened at all. The money is supposed to have been injected before then. I couldn't say for sure, I don't know.

Have to agree though, that with footballing fortune, there may not be any losses to fund. Wouldn't that be a fantastic footballing scenario that I'm sure we'd all love to see.
