I've got a hell of a lot of respect for George but I think he's finally lost it.

Listening to RH on the way to the game today, he was talking about Scunny's defeat at home to Walsall on Tuesday.

George say that he was really disappointed as if Scunny had beaten Walsall they would still have a chance of reaching the play-offs if they beat Brentford today.

I thought he had just come back after a heart op in Leeds said he was fighting fit and glad to be back a few weeks ago. Hi comments about Scunny are comedy value tbf.

I got back to the car after the match to hear AB's summary of the game and from what I heard his views were spot on

He said both teams more or less cancelled each other out and that one chance was going to win the game and also said York had set themselves up to get a 1-0 win

OK not the most insightful analysis but right to the point....

I'm not sure if it's radio static but when I've heard George in the past, I'm sure I could every now and again hear the pop of a whiskey bottle cork, just the same as I can hear the straw in a mcdonalds drink cup with other summarisers. It's probably just my imagination though.

Or the sound of a ping pong ball bouncing backwards and forwards when it's John Tondeur! (Barrow, I think).

I would listen to George Kerr even if he was w@nkered, asleep, having a heart-op. . . .  anyday over that ditch-water-interesting poison dwarf Buckley!
