Well it as all kicked of once again, and again the focus highlight was centred on Liverpool and Man Untd both shaking hands before the game Liverpools Suarez avoiding shaking hands with Man Untd Patrice Evra well all hell has now been let loose.
I have to say this why do the two teams shake hands before the game, is it really needed, surely it was better in the old way of just the two captains shaking hands with the ref before the game started to decide who wins the toss to kick off the game.
Now this system gives a chance for anything that has gone on previously to have a platform for once again to cause trouble.
For me also for Kenny Dalglish to say that he did not see a thing out of place because he could not see because he was not on the half way line.
Dalglish never even said that if Suarez did not shake hands he was out of order, just said he was not making a comment due to not being able to see the handshaking incident.
Come on uncle Kenny you should have got hold of Suarez before the game to see what he was going to do, and then if he told you he was not going to shake hands with Patrice Evra make him shake hands so as not to slur the great name of Liverpool football club. Now it is being flared up once again in all the media coverage.
Fergie is making a mint out of it, saying if he was my player he would be on his way out this morning.
Well he would capitilise on this would Fergie not NEWFOOTBALLER

Know what you mean Dave but to be honest I find it hard to get worked up over Fergie and Dalglish. They are both as bad as each other. The "fans" are no better.
I agree with you about the handshake business, totally pointless and it means nothing - you can tell be the way the players do it that they aren't bothered. Much better when they just came out and got on with the job.

depends really, if Suarez feels he has been stitched up then why would he want to shake hands with someone that cost him 8 games rest.

Suarez has apologized and said he was wrong not to shake hands
I think he apologised with Dalglish holding one arm up high between his shoulder blades and lighting matches in his finger nails. According to the reports today Suarez had agreed to the handshake before the game but for some reason changed his mind so what's to stop him saying tomorrow he's not sorry? It's all just words. Words started it and words carry it on.

Watching Evra's childish skipping at the end, brushing past Suarez before being hauled away by an official just shows how badly things are getting out of hand. I was unsure about the stopping of handshakes before QPR v Chelsea for the sake of the Ferdinand/Terry situation but on reflection it definitely calmed the situation. I'm not sure it will do much to stop the escalation of bitteress between these two rivals in the future though.
