Suarez shouldn't had said what he said and has been immature with the not shaking his hand. BUT Evra isn't exactly an angel in all of this and in my opinion has gotten off likely with his own comments, if I was Suarez i'd certainly be drunk that Evra cried and cried  despite the fact he played as big a part in it.
