The man is a cretin and has only ever done anything with a team when money is involved.
Albeit illegal money usually or dodgy as intercourse.

The man would be too good for hate and death I'm afraid. Having met him he is a scummy man and a flipping idiot. Very few people in the game have respect and or nice things to say about him.

If Evans had been given the job here before Newell we would still be a league club.  Rogue or not he still knows which players to buy and how to get a team to play.  I really don't understand the hatred towards him.

We would not be in the league. We had no money and the players we had were excrement...when will people realise, he only ever done half decent with cash to burn, or hide away, not declare etc...

His tactic is fine until someone shouts louder than him or gets to him and then he loses it.

Football is full of pillocks we just know a lot more about Evans that's all. Yes he had the cash and yes he cheated but he knows who to buy. Plenty of managers have spent money and failed, he didn't fail.  Can't stand the bloke, he's a crook but he is a very good lower league football manager.

I think many people issues with Evans is simply him...not his football, or even the fact he is a crook, it's just him...and he wears fcking eyeliner...

You're correct, I've never been in his company, but his record IS impressive.  Many successful managers are very unpopular, we even had one here I believe.  Yes Evans is a crook beyond all doubt, but do you seriously believe that all other football managers are angels?  Evans got caught, that's the difference.  I still maintain that he has something else, plenty of cheque book managers have failed, he doesn't appear to be failing.
