The final is now in. Good luck to both finalists. With 3 early kick-offs this week it will be like having a half-time score after the 3 early games.  

As it's the last game of the season on Saturday, I will be out for a few drinks after the game but I'm sure you will be able to work out who has won before I announce the official result when I get home. If I'm in any fit state to do so that is.  

Thanks to everyone who entered this time around, there was only Super Clive who let me down again this time as he did last but everyone else saw it through to the end. I hope it gave your Saturday's a bit of extra enjoyment. I shall be doing another league along the same lines at the start of next season. Priority will go to this competitions entrants with any spare places then made available.

You are indeed correct Rodley. After the 3 early kick off games the score was...

ABDUL19 0 RODLEY MARINER 2

but a strong 2nd half from Abdul saw the final score...

ABDUL19 4 RODLEY MARINER 4

so we went to a tie-break. Both forecast were very close but Adbul19 was nearest to the attendance to claim victory in the final.

Congratulations to Adbul19 and commiserations to Rodley Mariner.
