Which makes you wonder why Bore would be ordering it???? Maybe he has been taking nutritional advice from Adam Proudlock!!

Because he doesn't take his career seriously perhaps?

Still think he's a better winger than we currently have and he's wasted at Harrogate.

He's certainly quicker than anything we have...

It wouldn't surprise me much if Bore was quicker than anybody in our division.

Such good physical assets, such little idea how to use them effectively.

He's found the level that he can get away with his work ethic - lazy and spasmodic - absolute waste of raw talent that should have been sorted out several years ago - we don't want to waste any more money, so... please..... no return for him ever !!

Danny North, however, would be worth a squad place for his graft and effort, shame he didn't have Bore's raw pace, could have been lethal up front!

H&S would have moulded him to be a potent striker, I think!

I liked North, honest, hard worker, played for others as well as himself, maybe didn't get the luck needed in front of goal, and was one of the unlucky ones that perhaps needed to move away to prosper.

He would be an asset in this present squad, and at least he is still playing at a good level - European games included !

I also note he has just become a dad as well - a change in his head to become a family provider will make him keen to succeed.

Would he actually want to return if considered, who knows ??

I'm guessing that Mulready hasn't scored any more for NF or I'm sure someone would've mentioned it.
Not even sure if they're playing him, someone must know?

Bore may well move into the league in January. I understand he is out of contract then and he will be 24 - probably always his plan to get himself in the shop window at Harrogate where he should be head and shoulders above anybody else in that league. Whether he is or not is down to Peter's attitude and commitment which I would question.

Not wishing to continue yet another of the interminable Peter Bore debates, but I reckon he's a better right-back than anyone we currently have at the club.

Not surprised he left, however, with the grief he has been getting for a while.

It will be interesting to see if he really can pull his finger out and show what he is capable of at another club.

Why do these threads always end up looking backwards, and saying how well we might do with an ex-player who has long gone, and not looking forward and saying how we could do with new players to match the attributes of a present player like Jamie Green.

Gone, not a good enough team player - goodbye!

Failed to make enough good impact apart from odd spurts to keep him in the team, then kept turning off again.

Should have been sent away three seasons ago !

I thought that he was poor at right back. Could have been a decent right winger but as people say his attitude was poor and he had a couldn't be bothered approach a lot of the time.

Bore may well move into the league in January. I understand he is out of contract then and he will be 24 - probably always his plan to get himself in the shop window at Harrogate where he should be head and shoulders above anybody else in that league. Whether he is or not is down to Peter's attitude and commitment which I would question.

Not true, when we played them I didn't even notice him, couldn't even tell you if he played.  (I've checked, he played the full 90)

There isn't the gulf between Conf North and Conf Premier you'd expect.  Remember Hearn, McKeown, Church, Green, Pearson all played in the North league last year.

Good right back. Not enough awareness to play right wing.

Is what EVERY scout would have reported back to their league 1 & 2 clubs. Nobody else would bother their bottom.
