He might be very rich, but he's not very good at this sports lark (see the recent Americas Cup) and he's willing to do the dirty on anyone, at any time (see the next Americas Cup). He'll probably try to stiff whichever companies contract to build the place as well. It really takes work to make a club like Manyoo even more dislikable, but they are managing it.

It will be part of a bigger development including houses etc. The government will put in the infrastructure like roads and drainage to help it all get off the ground

This they haven’t agreed to as yet, but watch this space.
