Popped on the Donny message board to see what their fans thought of the match and was surprised to see that they think we meddle in the dark arts of football, something that I have always thought that we lacked as a club for many years, and were too soft. Have my rose tinted glasses been on for too long, and do we actually deploy the dark arts and I've just never noticed it?

I read that bollox and I agree with you that if anything we’re not very good at that side of the game , we deserved to win like McCann said first to every first/second ball all round a bit sharper it was the correct result

We deliberately slow the game down   Nothing illegal but every minute wasted is  a minute less to let in a goal. Also saves energy for final 20 minutes

Aside from Orsi's bad back and Crocombe's legs a few years go, I can't think of any 'dark arts' used by town in forever really.   Maybe beating defenders and passing the ball around just isn't cricket when you're a donny fan?

Absolutely Classic Sunday morning headloss there. We’ve all had it, to be fair, but very funny to see some having an absolutely existential one after a single defeat. “I would simply never watch football again!!” after watching Danny Rose win a fouls, excellent stuff.

I just thought we out battled and out played then for 75 minutes

Roses injury was something every decent captain would do and has been going on for years . Rose is a proper old school pro with a brain to match . Priceless in league 2

I guess there's no advantage in shithousery when you're getting beat most weeks, it is perhaps more of a thing now we are winning more
