Well just as last year we are in the thick of our winter slump   - pretty sure last year we didn't win at all in Jan or Feb

We have matched that with a winless January - lets hope we can pick up a win or two in Feb

So January  -

Won - 0
Drawn - 2
Lost - 3

In each defeat we conceded 3

GF - 5
GA - 11

What are hoping for / expecting in Feb ?

Bromley - Away
Carlisle - Home
Donny - Away
Fleetwood - Home

4 or 5 points would be ok and make us mathematically safe ish and season finished which i sort of expect.

Probably need 8 or 9 for a chance of play-offs with how January went which looks unlikely atm .

I think there's another factor at play that we have no control over: how other teams fare in the most inconsistent league I have ever seen. Not long ago Port Vale and MK Dons looked like a very good bet for at least a play off place, in the very early part of the season you wouldn't have bet against Barrow. Donny are up and down and Salford have come out of nowhere. Walsall are in such a dominating position because they've been consistent. Our recent run should have closed the door on the play offs for us, but it hasn't because other teams have been equally awful.

If we strung a run together (IF!) other teams might keep the door open for us.
