Good to see some players incoming, hopefully a few more to follow, we need freshening up after the start to this year.

If there’s one thing we’re crying out for it’s a direct player who isn’t afraid to get us up the pitch. Burns, whilst young, appears to offer that so you’d have to say it looks like a decent signing.

A few more well thought out signings like this and you’d like to think we might be able to address some of the obvious flaws on the pitch.

To be fair to the club fee paid and a decent term contract in a window that’s usually focused on loans.

Well that's a good pick me up after the disappointment from Saturdays result.   Can anyone remember the last time we announced a Sunday signing.

Welcome aboard Mr Burns.

Wonder what our Icelandic star thinks about this?
Will Luker return to Luton?

Sounds like he can cross a ball, but who is going to put it into the net.

Overall sounds promising but what are we doing to stop conceding three sloppy goals per game?

Hope he can kick up a storm 👍

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Sounds an interesting addition to the squad, hopefully the sort of player that can push us on in the final third and get at the opposition

Does it really matter what he thinks? I don't think necessarily have a nail on wide pair for starters. Competition is good. If someone is off form, they can come out of it and work their way into it, and they have a strong player breathing down their neck ready to come on and impact the game. If they need to rest, we have that option with a strong player coming in.

Defence is important, but this isn't going to hurt us.
