I saw the Kin Ell comedian at the Beachy years ago, did you? It was a simple act, but really funny I thought.

From someone who paid for his son to be a mascot in 2017, you're talking crap.
The memories my son has, who's now 20 with 2 children, from that day are absolutely priceless, to the point where 7 years later we still discuss it.

You do get a full home kit, programme, a autograph book full of the players autographs, a trophy with your picture and the date you were the mascot, you meet all the players, you get a walk around the stadium and you get to line up alongside the players. It's a bargain. My son did it and he thoroughly enjoyed the  day.

I remember like it was yesterday, being a Town mascot at home against Tranmere back in 1995, I vividly remember stood frozen next to Tranmere’s then captain, John Aldridge whilst also try not to stare too much at my favourite Town player at the time. Gary Child’s!! I got to work with both Gaz and Macca years later at the Grimsby Institute. Both amazing guy and their stories ire top class!

That cost £110 back then so with inflation, I don’t think £170 nearly 30 years later is too bad at all.

Bang on! Absolute bargain I’d say. Plus the mascot can bring up to 10 friends (give or take) to play on the pitch at half time, all included!

Bargain IMO!

It would be interesting though to know what other league 1 &.2 clubs charge to be a mascot.

Yep, they even let them play the first half last weekend against Barrow.
