Football post by the fact he’s a Mariner Zac Shaw has won a bronze in the 100m at the Paralympics. If anyone hasn’t had a look at the coverage on Channel 4 it’s well worth a go - changes my narrow minded view of what disabled people are capable of - uplifting is the word. Well done Zac!

I was very good friends with Zac in school, he suffered with something that I didn't even knew existed. We sat next to each other in English and he couldn't see the whiteboard properly despite us sitting a metre away in the front row but his vision was near perfect 99% of the time and didn't require glasses.. often required me doing a lot of his work for him

Well done that man.

I have been watching a lot of it this year and I am impressed with their speed and strength .

Well done to our Brits in second place at the moment we are doing really well.
