Speaking of team news, I wonder what Artell will go with for our final friendly? You'd think he'd want it to be a bit of a dress rehearsal for the opening game against Fleetwood. Expect he will stick with the 433 system with a deep pivot player. Here's what I'm expecting:

Wright
Cass Rodgers McJannett Hume
Mceachran Khouri Green
Warren Wilson Vernam

Think Carson will sit this one out after the hammy scare on Tuesday.

Might seem harsh on Gardner after he did well against Rotherham, but I'd still be surprised if he starts against Fleetwood and think Artell might want to try Warren in that more advanced role - we looked much more dangerous against Rotherham when he came on there.

Rose, Ainley and Dadi to come on for minutes/fitness around 60/70.

You’d think the starting 11 will be close to the one for Fleetwood wouldn’t you.

You want to play a right back in the front three? 😳

If a player pulls a shirt and it continues into the box tomorrow, what should the ref do?

Make a quick call to Ruuger to ask if he thinks it’s a pen.
