Excellent keeper and disappointed to lose him.
Dont worry about his lack of experience ,he wont let you down.He came into the team away at Carlisle towards the end of the season when we were on our unbeaten run and was MOM!
He likes a penalty save ,so will help you in the efl trophy

A good friend of mine is one of the hosts of the Stacey West podcast and goes to all the Lincoln games. He reckons Wright will be comfortably one of the better keepers in L2 and was just unlucky to be behind some very good keepers.

Being completely objective, if there’s an element of concern it’s that, like our two goalkeepers last season, Wright’s relatively inexperienced in terms of first-team games.

That said, what he does have in his locker, that neither Eastwood nor Cartwright did, is 20+ games in League One, where he appears not to have put a foot wrong by all accounts. And as we know, Dean Henderson proved that experience isn’t everything.

This is my observation too.

Wright has 49 career games under his belt at the age of 25 (plus another 4 in PL2).
Eastwood has 69 career games under his belt at the age of 27 (22 of those appearances were last season).

For those maybe wondering about games played in EFL, remember how few Crocombe had under his belt before joining us in non-league as back-up.

Seems to be enjoying a purple patch in his career, looking good in L1.
