Only have four players on their books after their retained list came out. Deep excrement I fear.

Think a major sponsor is a Mr Tyson Fury, he got a fair bit of money from the Saudis after getting beat at the weekend by a Ukrainian, maybe he could slip them a few quid.

Who knows same was being said at Crawley last year. Little did we know they were culling big time Charlies to replace with grafters. Their fans were livid at the time.

It's a bit of a different scenario though - this is more end game Peter Swann at Scunthorpe rather than Crawley, who although have questionable ownership they have continued to invest money into the team . I mean who's going to sign for Morecambe knowing full well payments will be irregular at best ?

It was blatantly obvious that the wheels were falling off at Scunthorpe under Hilton, but that didn't stop a number of players signing for them on contracts well in excess of the level they were at.

That was post Swann though mate in that last season of PS  they were playing 16 year olds and getting tonked weekly . Because of his situation he ended up selling to Hilton who was a bad owner . There is  the possibilty the same could happen and this dodgy guy sells to someone far worse aswell , or someone/people could step in and save the club hopefully .
