Final table

https://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/league-two/attendances

Finishing a respectable 11th

Average home attendance 23/24  -6354

Average home attendance 22/23- 6279

+79 on last season

Highest home league  attendance - 7728 V Wrexham
Lowest home league  attendance- 4882 V Barrow

Average seats sold per game around 6800(which would move us up a couple of places to 9th seeing as the rest announce seats sold rather than bums on seats ) ,  going off the clubs numbers that 10% of season ticket holders don't attend on average per game .

Hopefully a better season next time out so we keep seeing the continuous year on year improvement in home attendances , which has been the case since Covid and the takeover .

Back in the 90s we had an amazing team and we barely got 5,000

What a bunch of idiots we were.

We all know it’s been very close to full for a lot of games for some dreadful performances, if we ever do well there are going to be a lot of disappointed fans.

I think average no shows is more like 700. Away fan numbers at BP are also lower than most clubs above us - on actual home fan attendance we’d probably be above Donny. Great effort to see an increase in such a dreadful season.

MK Dons & Donny are hyper inflated because of one off big away followings every now and then - I think teams took 3k + to both of those a few times this season , obviously at BP that's not possible ,so the poor away followings are not really balanced out with the few larger one's we could get with a higher capacity away end like those 2 mentioned .We probably do average higher home attendances than them I would be interested to know .

Agree with Limerick Mariner - great to see this improvement - we moan like fk but despite this dogsh1t season the ground is mostly full - the support is engaged - the away following is superb.  I feel much much more engaged with the club over the last 2 years than I can ever remember.

This season has sucked but the previous 2 have been nuts/amazing

This is a genuine positive note in a dire season. I thought for sure we'd see a big drop off after the performances and results of January.

Hopefully, we can have a better year next season and build on these attendances. UTM.
