Seems another firm back up to the statements from 1878 about no intent to move. Agreed, long overdue and think we need to firmly accept once and for all that it's going to be these bit-by-bit improvements we see at the ground rather than big instant ones.

Lager Top Drinker Posts: 291 Posts Per Day: 0.16 Reputation: 58.74% Rep Score: +1 / -4 Approval: -647 Gold Stars: 12	I haven't been in the Upper Findus for many years.  I assume this refers to the toilets on the ground floor.  It's an improvement, but still not ideal.  There must be a huge triangular space directly below the upper seats.  The top tier should have originally been built with a refreshment concourse and conveniences at the same level. This application should not necessarily mean the owners have no intention of relocating.  They might just want to attract potential supporters who have been put off by toilet queues.
