Only been to two away games this season - Hartlepool and Harrogate and they were both utterly dreadful.

Mansfield is the only one I've been to, so that.

I couldn’t go to Southampton because of work… so has to be Brighton…. Was going to drive there and back in the day but Mrs Running Like (you do know that you won’t actually get to sit on the padded seat don’t you ?)  insisted that she was going to come and so it turned into an expensive (Grand hotel; nice restaurant; i360, Brighton Pavilion; Lanes shopping) but extremely enjoyable weekend…. topped by the reaction of the fantastic town fans at the end. Most of our players were non league last year and they deserved that for getting us to the FA cup 1/4

1st Northampton away... played for Internet Mariners in the morning and bagged a couple goals playing with lads ive not seen for a while. Decent food before match and town won aswell. So all round a good day

2nd Brighton away. Weekend was nice to get away for a couple days just me and my lad, enjoyed the pier and pre match build up.

3rd Southampton for the amazing atmosphere and result, was a touch and go nightmare to get their early.

I got to 10 away games  W5 D1 L4

A mix of league & cup - I just can’t choose 😅

League

Leyton was a good day despite the defeat just knowing Town were back in the league again

Rochdale because it was our first win back in the league & who doesn’t love a Luke Waterfall last gasp winner

Stockport was a great win & as was the one at Northampton - both ( or neither ) could be in League 1 next season

Cup

Luton in some ways was better than the others because we had such a scratch side and I feared the worst. We were probably the better team & I came out buzzing just knowing we’d got a replay

Then Southampton…. VAR proved to be our friend and knowing we’d won away, again against all the odds, it’ll stay with me forever

Got to be southampton the result was incredible and the atmosphere was the best I've ever experienced, town fans truly sensational that nite and the players matched them. Very special.

Best league away game, maybe rochdale, lovely weather, enjoyed the cricket club, good atmosphere at the game and then a last minute winner!
