Wow!  And I really do mean that, WOW!!  Incredible numbers they're talking there.  £3K/week average last year, and it might not be much less than that even now.  Makes GTFC seem almost sane in comparison.  God, I hope we're not paying Hanson et al over the odds like Scunthorpe do with their new recruits every season.......

Guest User	Might explain their summer signings or lack of. Hurst has made a massive mistake here. His turnaround at Shrewsbury was down to getting rid and bringing his own team in. He's now stuck with a load of players who he appears to be falling out with and no access to budget. Much the same as Ipswich. His next appointment will be non-league.

Maybe the " benign loans " from JF don't look so bad after all and as far as I know the club doesn't pay interest on them. The Future is Black & White.
