No real surprise due to a waterlogged pitch but I'd hoped for some activity on the playing front, maybe a behind closed doors game somewhere. The more MJ sees of his inherited squad the quicker he can make his plans, surely.

I don't know why they bother. Very sporadic games and mostly youth players used when we do have a game.

Yeah, seems almost like a minor annoyance to the club at times, I'd just hoped that an incoming manager might actually utilise the Reserves and lwt some players know that they can start earning a possible place by showing their ability in these games.
