We don't need to sell.  Regardless of his recent form, we should not be looking to accept anywhere near that figure.  Ball is well and truly in our court on this one.

I would say only prem clubs (if any) would be Sunderland and hull, preparing for next season in the championship. A whole host of championship clubs excluding villa, Fulham, Brighton, Leeds, Bristol city, and wolves, with also reading, Newcastle and Derby doubtful. Selling him and it is effectively writing off this season unless Asante immediately starts banging them in and surely Asante would take time to adjust. In all honesty tho I think 1 million + add ons + sell on percentage would be enough to take him, it is a huge amount of money for Town. Our entire playing staff budget in the conference was about 800k wasn't it? Probably too good to turn down i'd have thought. And means MB has money to spend in the summer when players become available without a fee.
