But - unless the ones arrested are also kicked off FIFA they can carry on supporting Blatter and he can carry on doing his stuff. FIFA will just say 'innocent until proven guilty and let them carry on for years and years while the case goes on and all the appeals are done. The only way Blatter will get what he deserves is if one of these underlings does a deal and shops him.
