If the club do get #ScarvesatthePark going again, can they make sure they get some sort of coordination going or get the fans to hold them up before kick off so they can get pictures of the stands?

Last time there was a big fuss about it then no pictures apart from some close-ups of football fans wearing scarves, which could have been taken at any game.

Good call that man 👍

"Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you

Take my hand take my whole life too
Cause I can't help falling in love with you"

the Grimsby.

This use to be my favorite sung by the Pontoon in full voice it was absolutely awesome.

How about 12th minute scarf-waving to coordinate everyone doing it at the same time?

12th man, 12th minute.

If anyone can be bothered, search for video clips of Alan Shearer's testimonial game at Newcastle (vs Celtic at St James' Park). I remember watching it on itv and it was quite a sight seeing everyone twirling their scarves at the same time.

This...

It should be our song.

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

Not likely.

Hull City adopted " Only fools rush in" several years ago "

Why not have some new lyrics to the "Three Lions "

Suggest it starts "Three fish on........." and ends "The Town are coming Home"

More appropriate as well to the club's position and history. There's nothing much simpler
for EVERYONE IN THE GROUND to sing, even I after nearly seventy years at BP I know it.

All it needs is one of you youngsters to put some new words together - please !

"Grimsby road take me home to the place I belong, on the Humber, in a trawler, take me home, Grimsby road"

Might of got lyrics mixed up a little, but it were mentioned before and I liked it.

But if it's an anthem type song to hold up our scarves to, then why not stick to the old original "We only sing when we're fishing"?

Pretty sure that song was adapted by loads of clubs when it came out in 1996. Always sounded a bit too cheesy to me.
