Good to see Newport slipped up last night - lets hope we can capitalise on it.

Alfreton were well worth their win and the scoreline somewhat flattered Newport.

I watched it, they were shocking at the back. Take Aaron O'Connor and Max Porter out of the team and they are very average side. Can see them starting to faulter now, leaving the door open. On another note, who is that Alfreton goalkeeper? A lad on loan from Burnley apparently, had a nightmare last night!

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

Town and Wrexham going up wouldn't be a huge shock...Luton will be there or there abouts, they just bottle it everytime in the playoffs.

I have been saying all season Wrexham will win the league, nothing I have seen has made me change my mind.

I still think town and Wrexham are good bets to go up. Personally out of all the teams in the top 6 forest green were the poorest. They've tried to adapt a more physical style which is a shame after the cracking football they played last year. They could drop away too but time will tell.

It'll be interesting to see how Newport react when they are dislodged from top spot by us or Wrexham soon.
