Since the official site relaunched a few weeks ago, i've had regular problems accessing it, relying on here, twitter, other people's pcs etc....

anyone care to suggest a solution - is it my rubbish laptop/browser etc??

what kind of acessing problems?

just wondered because it freezes and takes ages to load propperly for me, where as other sites load straight away.

It either takes ages (5mins plus) or completely fails and says 'done' or 'done but with errors' and nothing loads !

That's exactly my experience too. I'm getting pretty pi$$ed off with it to be honest. It's not as if it's free. I've tried to log out and then back in again, different times of the day etc, all to no avail. Match highlights will play in little jerky chunks eventually, but usually the commentary gets out of synch with the visual footage and it's no sort of experience in terms of being able to really watch the video pieces. I've tried a dozen times tonight to get it to load the Dave Moore reaction to the Hearn injury, but it won't load/play at all. It just freezes. It will play other videos from the menu though.

It wasn't very good before the overhaul, but now it's utter sh1te.

for some strange reason my acount was deleted? when they changed over, was going to make a new acount but not until they sort it out.

Try using chrome/safari mate. It's a bit slow for me but not horrendous.

Is it worth a collective contact to the Club/website admin/commercial department? They need to know that the site is terrible and doesn't actually work. If dozens or hundreds of people are having the same or smilar problems, that would give a complaint more impact. I'd be in favour of this thread being some sort of measure of users' experiences. Does it work for you?

Doesn't load up properly at all using Opera as a browser.

The old site was an atrocious design but generally worked. The new one just beggars belief.
