We both had a great time especially seeing the impact it had on all  the young kids dancing about on the float.   My YOUG Grandson Harisson  loved every minute of it, we surely cannot let the Cleethorpes Carnival die, I will back any campaign to save it . Guest User	Costs the Council 30K a year to fund... I wonder how much the retailers and pubs make that day Maybe they should all chip in a % of the days takings it would be in their own best interests for it to carry on.  25,000 people turned up the previous year.

Vodka Drinker Posts: 5,968 Posts Per Day: 1.23 Reputation: 46.03% Rep Score: +71 / -90 Approval: -4	I can remember about 4 years ago, stood at issacs hill and within 10 minutes the parade had passed me, i think their was like 8 floats and alot of dancers and drummers, it was dreadful then, havnt been back since i am a season ticket holder and i always will be one   "aaron is the next michael barrymore, hes a comedinan" it is official, i am a comedian ]
