agreed but dosn't help when the linked article also has it wrong. I think people see l'Anson instead of I'Anson and think its a lowercase L.

"But, like Andi Thanoj, he is a young lad that may not always be first on the team-sheet."

tbh I think we've got to stop mollycoddling our young players and give them a run.
17 year olds play in the Premiership and some 15 year olds play in the Football League.

Understand not everyone will be at the top of their career but at the end of the day, young players won't ever improve if you're always protecting them (and tbf so far I'Anson hasn't been)
Loan spells might be an option but they've got to wear the shirt and dig in at some point.

If they're looking jaded, no harm in taking them out and giving someone else a go !

I'anson protential is massive, he plays so maturely for a 19 year old. That run he had in the team over the xmas period he hardly put a foot wrong and was very unfortunate to get injuried when he did. It is vital we keep hold of him, even if we just send him out on loan to develop. Between him and thanoj we could have the spine of our team sorted for the next 10 years, failing that we could get some big transfer offers a few years down the line

Sleep well Icey, Matty and Richard. Keep each other company up there xx
