You only have to realise that Mikael Antione-Currier spent a good part of his career in the SPL to realise how poor it is.

Plus, if it wasn't for Sion being thrown out of Europe this season, no Scottish teams would have still been in any European competition after July was out.

It will get to a stage where even Rangers and Celtic getting into Europe will be a big shock like with the Irish teams. No money in the scottish leagues and they can no longer compete.

its suprising because they get money for these bonuses ect but i think some SPL legaues are no better than the top league 1 teams

In reality, just like in England, Rangers don't fill their ground evry week and they have tried to compete off the pitch, as have Celtic with the rest of Europes elite and it has failed miserably....
Celtic got to a European final as did Rangers and they were well and truly battered in those finals.

Financially i suspect that Rangers aren't that much different to us and many other teams, then again, their financial mess isn't really a secret...doesn't help the image of the league though. It's already a joke and now Celtic will win it without even needing to put any effort in for the rest of the season
