Mikael Antoine-Currier scores the winner for Hamilton at Kilmarnock tonight, and Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro scores in a penalty shoot-out for Tranmere.

Possibly 2 of the most derided Town forwards still making a decent career for themselves.

Marcus Marshall comes on in that game. For Morecambe, obviously. Although with Joe Kinnear in charge of transfers maybe it's not that obvious.

Marshall is now a Grenada international too, apparently.

interview with James Vaughan in today's 'i'. talking about how he's hit a rich vein of form at 'udders thanks to mark robbins giving him a prolonged run of games, his improved fitness, and better knowledge of his own body and its weaknesses .
given this last part one has to be worried for james by the next bit of the article; 'if he needs any further advice he can always turn to his new father in law for advice'.

the new father in law is a fellow ex evertonian who is an expert on healthy lifestyles............... yes, it's our old mate Mike Newell

got a long way to go cjbill. his 10 mile time is over 30 mins whilst international class is 20 mins. christ i'm nearly 50 and managed 45 mins for 20km in the middle of a triathlon so is suspect this is a wild hope/beer talk rather than a real prospect!

you got a link though? might be interesting to follow

Yeah here it is Forza http://cyclingnovice.blogspot.co.uk/

I haven't read past his first entry yet but it's nice to see he still has a dream after his injury problems in football
