Boston United sign Martyn Woolford.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Only just signed for Billericay in the summer and is already on a short term deal at another club. Sounds like the wheels are falling off at Billericay though as the money man pulled out so maybe those people they were throwing money at will be gone. Probably still playing above his level, I think the worst signing we've had in recent years. I'd barely consider him a footballer beyond a basic level. Mostly a weird thug who is there to disrupt and harass opposing players like a goon in Ice Hockey.

Ross Hannah misses a penalty as Gainsborough Trinity lose 2-0 at home to John Welsh's Atherton Collieries. Jamie Green also in the Trinity lineup.

I usually have a really good recall of Ex-Mariners, but I can't for the life of me remember any details of a Jamie Green playing for us!

Just looked him up on wiki and I see that he signed for us in August 2011 which is one of the spells I had in Hull Royal so maybe that's why.
