A "captivating" video which shows all the landmarks of Grimsby and Cleethorpes in miniature form has been launched to promote the area to both visitors and residents as part of English Tourism Week.

Using a special photoThe film uses a photography technique called tilt-shift, which creates a narrow band of focus. Time-lapse photos are taken every second, creating a movie image 24-times the actual speed, adding to the effect. Combined with a high vantage point, it tricks the mind into thinking the image is of a miniature world. The end result is that the footage is transformed into a Hornby diorama!
