What Kieran did say yesterday though, was that there is usually an obligation within the settlement that the person must be actively looking for alternative employment.

Don’t you just hate statements like that ? Did you write them ? Are you the local bank manager that Paul  paid them into or was you sat in the pub having a pint with Paul and he pulled the cheque out his wallet and Waffed it under your nose
