If you're testing positive on an LFT, you can still pass it on - presence of the antigen shows you're still fighting the infection. If it is weakly positive, then risks reduced, but still possible. PCRs can pick up fragments of the virus for weeks so positive tests don't mean as much after a longish period of infection. Hope you're feeling better, Pete. That would be the main indication you're on the mend.
