The players, and staff, have not been paid whilst the fans have paid good money to support the club. The points deduction hits the very heart of the club, the fans and the team. It is the owner who should be punished with a personal fine on him, as it is he who has failed to pay the wages. If this happened then, not only him but all club owners could be held to account, You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time

By then the players have signed a contract and are required to play for the duration, whether the wages are paid or not
