Has anyone with an existing ST managed to buy a new one (in the same location) using the online system?
When I’m not logged into my account there’s an option to buy a season ticket, although most seats are greyed out due to being reserved for existing ST holders. If I log in, the link to buy the ticket isn’t there any more.
Any one had any success?

I was just about to post the same as I assumed it was my technophobia.
Option is there to buy a new one but not to renew. Wonder who checks this stuff before they put it out?

Not sure if this will work for everyone but I thought of a workaround for the missing link.
I visited the ticketing page and made sure I was logged out. I then clicked on the 2023/24 season ticket link and copied the url. I logged into the ticketing site and then pasted the url into the address bar and hit enter. I could then see my season ticket (the only one available in that stand section) and could select it to buy it.
There’s a weird bit in the purchase process about the overflow option but as it’s not applicable you just pick N/A from a drop-down box and then continue.
Bit of a faff but it worked for me.
Would be much easier if the link was included when you are logged in.

Well done for your detective work, but honestly they should have improved things for the average user by now. Luckily for me I can call into the ticket office but many can't .

Phoned the club up and told them there was no link for existing season ticket holders to purchase online he did not seem to be bothered
