I've not paid much attention to the top end of the table this season, but it seems there's a cluster of teams under Orient, led by Stevenage, and anyones guess who will be the 3rd promoted side, or who will win the playoffs.   Fine margins..... #newera;   New owners, new approach;  'we bought Grimsby Town to help renew the place we love'   Join the Trust, get involved: UP THE MARINERS!

Too many games we've failed to take our chances or failed to defend certain situations properly which means too many dropped points. It wouldn't have taken an enormous improvement to nick the odd game here and there but it has been beyond us this season and we haven't ground out nearly enough results at home especially.

The owner’s worth about half a billion, got to be the wealthiest bloke in the league by some distance.

In fact I said they’d win L2 this season - ok, I got it wrong, but it’s to be expected, once they found their feet, that they’d be near the top. I think, by all accounts, their budget even dwarfed Wrexham’s last season. A likeable club, in my opinion, and their fans have been through hell in NLN (who can even imagine what that’s like?), so I hope they go up. Especially at the expense of Northampton, who are w#nkers.

Amazingly 22 games where 1 extra goal would have earned points... 13 draws could have been won 9 losses could have been drawn That's a 35 point haul that has swung on a single goal. We either need to really tighten up at the back or really improve up top.
