Brilliant - if it had been like that at Brighton we might have won.

BP hasn't been played on for a couple of weeks, so should be a bit better than it has been, though we have had a good bit of rain this week.

It's a windy day again today, which seems to be the case when we are at home.

As for the clip. How on earth was that game allowed to go on? Complete farce.

Yeah.  I've seen a few games like that here.  The thing is it can happen in a ten minute downpour.  So the match is already on.  Just plod on.

You have to remember that BP was relaid last summer.....with seed! As most of you are aware we' re not a rich club so can't afford the high prices of a turf laid surface.
Another summer of growth on the pitch will consolidate the grass and make a better playing surface next season. Until then we'll just have to suck it up and keep winning ( i hope).

Am I right in thinking the leaking under soil sprinklers are in need of repairing/replacement this close season….and yet another patchwork quilt pitch for next season….unless some of the cup money is used to sort it out?
