£20 for replacement seemed a little steep after 30 years of season tickets and plenty of merchandise. Will pay it but not impressed

If you log in to the ticket site you’ll find your QR code on your ticket. You can use this to access games by presenting the code on your phone instead of the card. You’ll also be able to buy tickets for say the Brighton game but online only (I’m guessing?).

Better than paying £20 for a replacement.
