The kick-off is stated as 2.00 pm. As this is not a 3.00 pm kick off I thought it would have been available through Mariners TV, but it doesn't seem so. Does anybody know why?

The football blackout is between 2:45 and 5:15 so the 2nd half would fall into the blackout I think.

With a VPN it would be able to stream it every 15:00 ko.
