Still quite a few games on, here's hoping we are one of them.

If our game is cancelled there's a couple of interesting games on BT Sport for a football fix...

12:30  Liverpool v Chelsea (Potter under pressure)

17:20  Chesterfield v Notts County (Massive game at the top)

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

I'm flicking between Colchester game and Wrexham game.

Reason.. Colchester I put a bet on them last week to finish top 7 at 100/1 and I have Wrexham in my lucky 15 to win the league

If your going to be gambling down here I would look to put something on Gillingham improving significantly if the odds are worth it.

No worries for Wrexham, the refs will always add plenty of Hollywood time to ensure they get a winner.

West Ham 2-0 Everton.

Lampard must be hanging on by a thread.

Everton's next 2 games, Arsenal then Liverpool.

They'll probably pick up points in those games. Changing manager isn't going to do anything, it's a bad bunch of players that only do it against big opposition.

I just about made the start of Handsworth v Maltby Main this afternoon. Glad to get to any game. Finished two one to the visitors with a last minute winner. Decent match!

Plenty of Donny fans with Blades and Spireites also in attendance.

If our game had been called off that bit earlier we might have gone to Worksop who won seven one. They have a good set up. 3G pitches may not be the best to play on but I'm grateful to be able to get to a game because of them.

Luton won away at Wigan for the second time this week.

Amazing how often that happens, when a team play each other in the cup, then the league straight after.

We ended up playing Morecambe in the League in between the 2 legged thing in the JPT in 2008 for example.

Cracking fast game between Arsenal and Man Utd, two quality goals so far.

Latest 1-1.

Cracking team talk from the Darvel manager, here. Phil Parkinson could learn a thing or two from this.

Hartlepool losing at Carlisle and Colchester just gone behind at home to Salford.

Both good results for us if they stay that way.

Colchester's red hot form has cooled slightly in the last two games. We play them in two and a half weeks.

Looking at the table, it would be some achievement for us to find ourselves in a relegation scrap. 10 point gap with 3 games in hand over Hartlepool and Rochdale, and 4 over Colchester. It could still get nervy if we don't pick up our form soon though. 2018 should serve as a warning of that.

No, still looking upward, but it doesn't hurt for others to be struggling more than we are, just in case.

It's still the goal of most teams to get to 50 points as soon as possible I imagine, then you can relax and maybe take a few more risks.

Only 20 points to get from 22 games.

But we haven't had McAtee and Taylor together, so who knows what will happen.

Not sure we’ll ever see them play together again if I’m honest.

Nevertheless, we’re going to fall another game behind everyone on Saturday. 4 games in hand on some teams.

Me neither. The idea that Ryan Taylor, who has been sorely missed, is going to rise like a latter day Lazarus from a knackered hamstring and reinvigorate a sorely out of touch McAtee is for the birds.
