I’m told the food at BP is much improved. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten whilst being at a football ground since a random trip to kiddy a few years ago. I do visit a lot of grassroots grounds and love the snap there. Proper pies too. Not the mass-produced stuff you get elsewhere. £2.50 for pie, peas and gravy at Retford United last night and £1 for a big cuppa. Good chicken curries to be had at Staveley, Frickley and Albion Sports.   Superb sausage rolls and pasties at Harworth Colliery.
