I'll be red crossed for this.

How about all the minnows are all seeded at home, for the third round only, then the big guns are all drawn against the seeded teams away. The choice for the minnows then is to either play at home or away. GTFC V Manure will not pay as much as Manure V GTFC for example, but GTFC v Hartlepool, for example, allows both lower league teams a chance to progress
That would put money back into the lower leagues.

The FA Cup is one of the very few competitons left where we don't have all this seeded nonsense. Lets just keep it like that shall we.

Prem clubs should give all gate receipts after expenses to clubs in league two and below when they play each other..

This. Keep it as it is. I like to see a couple of all lower league fixtures as it means you're guaranteed some in the next round.

I like that suggestion better than my idea, my thoughts were just to get some money out of the upper echelon .

A real Season highlight the 3rd round draw.Takes me back to my school  days and we would all gather around the radio then the buzz when Town v Arsenal  came out. The planning the queuing for tickets the relatively huge crowd and the various International  players.Tonight who knows but for nostalgia I'd love a Big Prem team at home.

Remember that game, was on the TV as well. I recall no card or trainer on the pitch either, Proper Football!

It is on the YouTube somewhere I think!

What would be ideal is a home draw in the 3rd and 4th rounds against lower teams as long as we win.

Collect the prize money and full houses will generate a few more coffers for us.

Draw Man Ure away in 5th.

Loads of money from the gate and Tv money.

We have enough in the bank to buy two strikers then.

If drawn against a Premier team, home or away, our season ticket holders should be given free passes and a coffee and Pucka Pie paid for by the Premiership PLAYERS.  Non season ticket holders get free passes but not the coffee and pie.
