Was listening to Talksport this morning, Tyson Fury was on the Jim White and he mentioned he had been approach to buy Morecambe football club. Should I investment (chuck) a few million into the club.

Good or bad of Morecambe football club if Tyson bought the club?

On the topic of Tyson Fury and football

His fight against Chisora is on the same day as Town at Wimbledon.

It’s a no from me personally, after going to his last fight but I’m sure it will attract some town fans.

Sleep well Icey, Matty and Richard. Keep each other company up there xx

Fury is using the Chisora fight as a tune up for the Uysk fight next year. Should be a good fight that one.

I love Fury, i think he's one of the best ever, and his openness about his mental health makes him an incredible human.

That being said, he's retired 259 times, so would take this with a pinch of salt.

Jarmo the first Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder was something else. Fury by his own admission was only 50% coming back from that long lay off out of boxing due to mental health challenges and  drug and alcohol abuse . Way Fury  got back up in the 12th round after that savage knockdown is inspirational. He has bi polar though as you know so I give some leeway with some of the things he says.

Not sure about his involvement in football, obviously someone tapping him up as he is world famous , local and minted so understandable. Don't know if he has ever shown any allegiance to them or football....seemed to think he was flying his flag as from Manchester not so long back?

Regards his boxing,  the more he "retires" and comes back his reputation will be tarnished for me, so far fully respected for his career to date and his hiatus for his mental health issues but at his level to be fighting the ever lingering Chisora ...again ....seems pointless.

Still would love that Joshua fight to come to fruition. Chances are  would be a great night in front of a packed Wembley stadium.

He was in a restaurant in Spain, saw the lobsters in the tank, bought them all and had the waiter release them back into the sea............then ordered a steak........for that alone he's already my hero.
